WASHINGTON (AP) -- -- The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that local governments may seize people's homes and businesses -- even against their will -- for private economic development.
What The Fuck!?!?! So, now the government can seize your property anytime they want to generate more tax revenues.
I'm so disgusted by this I can't even put it into words.
I do know that our Founding Fathers NEVER intended for the government to become the massive bully and oppressive entity is has become in the past 20 years.
The implications of this ruling means the government can pretty much do what it wants with ANY land within it's borders. We own nothing...
It's time for some serious thinking on how we want this country run.
