Our Friend, Hobbit brightens our morning with a comment to greet the day. Many a day when I drag my butt into my poster dungeon I hit that email button and Hobbit's little comment puts a smile on face and eases me into the day.
Thanks Hobbit! We need all the smiles we can get these days.
"speak your truth even if your voice shakes" is especially fitting seeing as how we are dealing with a situtaion where we are pondering sueing the omnipotent "Government" for their foul up that could have easily put Judy's and I's lives in jeopardy. It will be an uphill battle with everything stacked against us except the truth.
The thing that bothers me the most is my tax dollars pay for people to do the government work they do, most badly. Most just seem to be drawing a check and doing as little as possible to do that. And now we got GW and his crew passing legislation to keep us from sueing government entities for any reason!
The reality is, I may not be able to sue the incompetant twits because they have "government immunity". We are investigating our options right now.
It's not a lawsuit about money, but prinicple. Some one needs to lose their jobs over this. I'm going to do my best to make sure this happens. You see, as a taxpayer, I'm their boss, and as far as I'm concerned they need to be fired. We understand that there have been several incidents with this particular lab. So ours was not an isolated incident.
