Changes in how we work
For years, Jeff and I have neglected our personal lives by working 14-18 hour days with Jeff occasionally pulling the all-nighter to meet deadlines.
We are gently trying to change this for our sanity.
In the past, I have been able to get orders turned out and shipped in less than 3 days time. Our order volume has increased, and next day shipping is not always possible any more. Sometimes it takes over a week from the time an order is placed for it to be processed and shipped. Why?
We are short-handed right now. It's just Jeff, myself, & Mike working to design, print, sort, sign, number, package, and ship the posters for the bands, wholesale, and retail orders. In between all of that, there is the phone to be answered and emails to be written. There is also framing to be done, and the shop to be kept clean and organized.
In other words, there are just not enough hours in the day.
Look for a special announcement soon regarding our retail fulfillment.
