Our Favorite Place in the World

Well, Amsterdam is just about that.... 3 trips and so far we can't find anything we don't like about that beautiful city! We got lots of rest, and still managed to go see museums, take a canal boat ride, and see things we haven't seeen before. Without a doubt The Rokerij is the coffeeshop with the mostest. The staff and owners are top-notch, and we were able to visit 3 of the 4 locations with most time being spent at the Leidseplein location. We'll post more about that later.
The houseboat was a great decision - we were able to take leisurely mornings and have breakfast and coffee while gettting ourselves in gear each day. The big fella in the picture above was one of 5 daily swan visitors to the window looking for handouts. Along with the swans, there were geese, ducks and coots all mooching for bread down the canal. It was funny to watch them work each boat for food.
We're back in the shop, though, and working to get caught up. If you're waiting on an order, it's a-comin'.
