DCS April Updates
Hello DCS Friends,
We have an important announcement for you....
Jeff and I will be taking the web site and store offline Friday, April 11 to do the server switch. We also have some restructuring to do in the web store, so it may be down for as long as a week, maybe longer. Emails to the drowningcreek.com email addresses will not go through while the site is down. If you have an URGENT issue, you can email me at judygex@mac.com. As soon as we can, we will get our email up anfd running.
PENDING ORDERS: While Jeff wrangles the web site, I will be working to get all orders and other loose ends wrapped up. I have emails that need to be written and packages that need to be shipped. I also have several "issues" involving damaged prints and other time consuming things I need to deal with. I intend to have everything completely caught up by the time the store goes back online. If you already have an email in to me and are waiting for an answer, please be patient while I handle each issue until I can get to you.
If you have not received confirmation on an order that has already been placed, you should get one soon. I still have 30+ orders to process. Please be patient as I am working on several things right now including helping Jeff rebuild the web site.
ORDERING REMINDERS:
We do not take orders via email. If you want it, place an order through the store
We prefer all correspondence be done via email so we have a hard copy for reference
We will not do another retail release until May. We will do an art print release when the web site goes back up. When the store goes back online there should be a new round of Scratch & Dent items and possibly a selection of early uncuts available. Please don't write me to ask which ones or how much; I'm not giving out any information beforehand.
If you are a 2007 subscriber and you have not gotten the email I sent on 3/3/08, please let me know. Several of you have spam filters that are kicking out the emails.
Check http://www.drowningcreek.com/dcsblog.shtml the rest of this month for updates while we are working on the new site. I'll post problems and other notes there as we get through everything.
Thanks,
Judy
