DCS 2006 Subscription Information

We're doing things a bit differently this year on the subscriptions..... due to an overwhelming response, we're not going to put the subs on the web site like last year. To be fair to the folks who may not be able to be at a computer at a specific release date/time, we're going to draw names lottery style to fill available subscriptions.

If you are interested in getting a 2006 subscription, email me at sales-at-drowningcreek-dot-com with "2006 Subscription Request" in the subject line, and your billing/shipping info and a phone number. We will take emails for the week starting January, 30 and ending February 6th. We'll draw names on the 8th, unless some unforseen obstacle presents itself in the meantime, and will send confirmations out on Friday February 10.

Most of our 2005 subscribers are already locked in for 2006, and we will likely be adding 20 sets to the original 20.

Subscriptions will cost $900.00 each, and we will bill quarterly installments of $225 for anyone who wants to break it down for convenience.

We're Back......

Just a quick note to let everyone know we are back in the office, and getting orders out as quickly as we can. I think I have addressed all immediate inquiries about orders via email. If your order number falls after FD002673, please be patient. We are shipping a bundle out this afternoon (Thursday, Jan. 19), and orders should start arriving to their final destinations in 3-5 business days. Please do not ask for tracking numbers, as the Delivery Confirmation number will not show a tracking history. We will try to work out a shipping option for trackable mail soon.

Shipping Notes

We keep getting requests for tracking numbers for packages. We use Delivery Confirmation along with the insurance, and the Priority shipping through the USPS. A Delivery Confirmation number is NOT a tracking number; all it does is show me proof that your package has been delivered. Packages cannot be tracked with this number.

After January, we will be raising our shipping costs to reflect the USPS higher rates, and to include the costs of tubes, and insurance. We have not started fooling around with the rates yet, or how they will work with the store software, so we do not have the details on this yet. We will try to publish a shipping scale at the end of January.

Time for Jam Cruise

We'll be leaving this Thursday for Jam Cruise 4. All orders taken today forward will not be processed or packaged until we get back on the 16th. We apologize for any convenience, and are working on a solution to prevent the wait for an order if Jeff and I are out of town. Please be patient with us while we try to make shopping at Drowning Creek a more fluid expderience for everyone!!!

Note About Poster Sizes...

I'm busy adding more accurate measurements to the poster descriptions.... this is a very time-consuming task. I'm updating descriptions as I get batches of posters measured. We will follow up with the sizes of handbills, but that will be a month or so down the road. Even though we are trying to be as specific as possible, ALL SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE. We can & do make mistakes, and some posters are still a little above or below an even 16th of an inch. We never recommend purchasing a frame or mattting before you actually receive your poster or print.
